Fitness has become a very popular and common trend in today’s world. People are starting to work out and eat healthier more than ever. There are many reasons to this, such as wanting to become healthier so they can live longer, feel good about themselves physically and mentally, build muscles to become stronger, etc. Fitness can mean a lot of different things to different types of people, and it continues to shine especially through social media and blogs. All while encouraging others to hop on the train.
I follow a few different fitness blogs that I find very intriguing and inspiring. One of those being, Kayla Itsines. Her blog has different recipes, lifestyle changes, workouts, and transformation pictures from women who have used her Bikini Body Guide. She is one of the biggest fitness inspirations all over social media, especially Instagram.
One thing I’ve noticed about Kayla Itsines is that she is a very positive person, which is what
people look up to- especially when it comes to fitness. Getting in shape and eating healthy is one of the biggest challenges and to have someone tell you you can do it is very motivational.
